Slam Stopper™

In a situation where a door is likely to be slammed shut by a draft, there is a serious risk of injury at the handle side of the door. To protect against this risk Slam Stopper™ is a safety device that can be fitted to automatically stop injury whilst allowing the door to be fully shut. It operates like an inertia seat belt to keep fingers safe. Unlike other devices, this product does not obstruct the door from closing which would otherwise be a fire and smoke hazard.
